This building lies in the centre of the southern Thai city of Hat Yai. Built a lifetime ago, it has the rare distinction of having its year of dedication given not in Thai numerals, but in Arabic. The building has been clearly restored, and looks to be in good condition. The ground floor consists of small shops, I suspect the upper stories to be storage or offices.
