Located at the corner of Sam Houston and Travis in Liberty, this free standing town clock has the Rotary logo in the center. This working clock has a white face, the numbers are roman numerals. The numbers and hands are black in color. The ornamented clock also has the words "Rotary Club Liberty, Texas" at the top above the clock face.
The clock dates from 2004, which was when the new City Hall was built.
