The B’nai Abraham synagogue housed the last active Jewish congregation on the Iron Range. Constructed in 1909, it served its purpose until the mid-1990’s. In 2004 the brick building was acquired as a cultural center and museum, designed to preserve the history of the Jewish community. Renovation is still underway.
