Standing proudly on a corner lot, this historic home was built in 1922. It was constructed with Mission/Spanish Revival architecture using arched entries and a red tile roof. It is surrounded by a hedge and a row of impressive stately pines. W. T. Bailey was the first lumberman in the area; his lumber mill started in 1895. The beautiful home is currently for sale.
