Red Crown Gas Pump ~ Seligman, Arizona - Vintage Gasoline Pumps on Waymarking.com

This is an early model gas pump, popular during the early years of Route 66, which passed by right in front of this drive-in on its way through Seligman and then northwestern Arizona. It is of the type where the gasoline was manually pumped into a guage at the top of the pump until the desired amount had been reached, then drained by gravity into the tank of the vehicle.
