Playa de Oro is located just north of Puerto Vallarta Malecon (boardwalk) on the Pacific Ocean. It is mostly a resort beach but the southernmost part is also frequented by locals.
Puerto Vallarta is a haven for anyone who enjoys any type of beach activity: swimming, kayaking, windsurfing, waterskiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing, fishing, whale watching, bungee jumping, parasailing.
This is one of the most popular beaches in Puerto Vallarta among locals and visitors alike. Ben had a lot of fun swimming in the waves and catching them with a boogie board but when they were huge he prefered to watch more experienced people do it.
