"At the public center of Fayetteville Arkansas the 10 foot diameter bronze sphere is encrusted with the prayer *May Peace Prevail on Earth* in over 100 languages. The 8000 pound sculpture is bathed with flowing water and is mounted on a bearing that will allow the sculpture to be turned by hand like a prayer wheel."
