US Highway 163 is a very empty stretch of road that connects Kayenta, Arizona with Mexican Hat, Utah and crosses the state border at this point.

Only a change in pavement and the Mile 0 marker for the Utah segment of US Highway 163 indicate the actual state line. There are state welcome signs in both directions.
