A golden retriever rests on master's gravestone - simply inscribed as: "Henry Montandon, 1846-1900". History may have lost the rest of his personality.
The granite marker is located in Fairview Cemetery just inside the main circle to the SSE. It is in good shape, although could use a cleaning from the greenish organic matter.
