This mark is probably part of a survey of the Village of Skokie. It includes a couple dozen or so marks of high accuracy that made it into the NGS database, as well as these smaller, less protected, and presumably less accurate marks that dot the village.

This mark lies at the northeast corner of Lawler Avenue and Old Orchard Road right near Lawler Park. The mark is just west of a stoplight, embedded in the sidewalk.
