I was able to easily recover the USGS station mark from 1905 as well as Reference Mark #2. Unfortunately, it looks like Reference Mark #1 has been destroyed as well as the Azimuth Mark. I searched for RM 1 in the bushes where I believe it should have been but to no avail. The last datasheet log from 1977 mentions that RM 1 is lost. As for the Azimuth Mark, there was a new bridge built to replace the previous one a number of years ago and unfortunately, the AZ Mark was destroyed in the process. There are three new benchmarks that were monumented at this bridge and I've waymarked them and can be visited here. Reference Mark #2 was found in poor condition due to lots of nicks on the disk face. I should also mention that this station shows on a topography map as 'North Base 4191.6'. There is also the stamping of 'NORTH BASE TRI STA 1905' as well as the elevation stamping of '4191.6' on the disk face.

The NGS datasheet history is adequate for station mark and RM #2 recovery with exception to RM #1 and AZ Mark:

01/01/1968 by CGS (GOOD) RECOVERY NOTE BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1968 (NET) THE STATION MARK, REFERENCE MARK NO. 1, REFERENCE MARK NO. 2 AND THE AZIMUTH MARK WERE RECOVERED AND FOUND IN GOOD CONDITION. A DIFFERENCE IN THE HORIZONTAL ANGLE TO REFERENCE MARK NO. 1 WAS FOUND AND DIFFERENCES IN THE STAMPINGS ON THE MARKS WAS FOUND. A NEW AND COMPLETE DESCRIPTION FOLLOWS. THE STATION IS 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF KLAMATH FALLS ON THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY OF STATE HIGHWAY 39. TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE GREAT NORTHERN FREIGHT DEPOT GO EAST ON STATE HIGHWAYS 39 AND 140 FOR 4.6 MILES TO THEIR JUNCTION, TURN RIGHT AND GO SOUTH ON STATE HIGHWAY 39 FOR 1.0 MILE TO THE STATION ON THE LEFT. TO REACH THE AZIMUTH MARK FROM THE STATION CONTINUE SOUTH ON STATE HIGHWAY 39 FOR 0.5 MILE TO THE BRIDGE OVER A CANAL AND THE AZIMUTH MARK ON THE RIGHT. THE STATION MARK, STAMPED NORTH BASE TRI STA 1905 4191.6, IS A STANDARD U.S.G.S. CAP RIVETED TO A 3 1/2-INCH PIPE THAT IS SET IN A CONCRETE POST AND PROJECTS 2 FEET. IT IS 92 FEET SOUTHEAST AND ACROSS THE HIGHWAY FROM MILE POST NO. 1, 61 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE ETERNAL HILLS MEMORIAL GARDENS, 28 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER OF STATE HIGHWAY 39 AND 7 FEET HIGHER THAN THE HIGHWAY. REFERENCE MARK NO. 1, AN UNSTAMPED STANDARD DISK SET IN A 10-INCH SQUARE CONCRETE MONUMENT THAT IS FLUSH, IS 73 FEET SOUTHEAST AND ACROSS THE HIGHWAY FROM MILE POST NO.1, AND 37 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER OF THE HIGHWAY. (NOTE 11A) REFERENCE MARK NO. 2, AN UNSTAMPED STANDARD DISK, IS CEMENTED IN A DRILL HOLE IN AN OLD ABUTMENT THAT IS 2-1/2 FEET WIDE AND 2 FEET HIGHER THAN THE HIGHWAY. IT IS 21 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER OF THE HIGHWAY AND 12 FEET WEST OF A POWER POLE WITH A TRANSFORMER ON IT, WHERE THE POWER LINE CROSSES THE HIGHWAY. THE AZIMUTH MARK, AN UNSTAMPED STANDARD DISK, IS CEMENTED IN A DRILL HOLE IN THE SIDEWALK OF A CONCRETE BRIDGE OVER A CANAL, 14 FEET WEST OF THE CENTER OF THE HIGHWAY AND 3-1/2 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH END OF THE WALK.

01/01/1977 by NGS (GOOD) RECOVERY NOTE BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1977 (TGR) STATION MARK, AZ MARK AND RM 2 RECOVERED AS DESCRIBED. RM 1 GONE. AIRLINE DISTANCE AND DIRECTION FROM NEAREST TOWN 6 MILES SE OF KLAMATH FALLS.

02/04/1996 by CGS (GOOD) RECOVERY NOTE BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1996 (BD) RECOVERED AS DESCRIBED.
