Central Park Law Building formerly the Grand Army of the Republic Hall is a historic clubhouse built in 1892 by Union Veterans of the Civil War to replace an earlier building destroyed by the Johnstown Flood of 1889.

This is a small three story building. There are 3 arches along the front. The center arch give the date of the building construction, 1893. The left and right arch says Post 30. Above the center arch are the letters G.A.R. (Grand Army of the Republic).
A plaque on the building reads:
