This bell is in Remembrance of a tornado disaster which happened April 20th, 2004 in Utica Illinois. The bell is placed at the Waltham South Elementary School in Utica.

The bell was cast by Henry McShane and Company in 1888 at Baltimore, MD
The bell is in good shape but shows a lot of tarnish.
