Protoceratops means first horned face, although you can hardily see the horn on his nose. The ceratops species that came later had much bigger horns, find triceratops to see the difference.

Every Protoceratops' frill was unique like a fingerprint! They used their frills for protection as well as impressing other Protocepratops.

Just like the Meercats in the zoo these guys would have been excellent diggers, you can tell this by their spade like claws.
