According to the City of Turner, this small park and playground was "developed to serve the residents of the Holly Loop Subdivision. Much of the construction was done by City staff and an array of community volunteers. This Park exhausted the City's development funds. When more money is available the City hopes to place a basketball hoop and paved area in the north east corner of the park."

Play equipment found in this park includes a small merry-go-round, swing-set and a fort with stairs, slides and various climbing structures.
