El Reno Cemetery's memorial to the Civil War Dead can be found at the north side of the cemetery, in section 4, near the entrance off of E. Elm.
The memorial is all white, squared at the base, tapered at the top, and with an identical plaque placed on each of the four sides. The U.S. and Oklahoma flags are displayed a few feet away. A short bush surrounds the base of the monument, with a single row of bricks lining the perimeter.
