This sculpture depicts 5 lifesized sea lions with a large male (presumably) set most prominently on a rocky rise..and the four others scattered around him. There is no information at the site concerning the date or artist, but a plaque at the site does informs us that this is the southern limit of the species of California Sea Lions:
