This collection of colourful water cylinders is located at the Singapore Marina Bay Pump Station. The cylinders, according to the plaque (in gallery), symbolise the motion of water here, on the Kallang River, between the two shores. They are colourful and eye-catching, but the motion is rather slow, and not very far, maybe a metre.

The Marina is filled with touristy things, hordes of screaming kiddies playing in the big fountain (waymarked). A pleasant spot to visit.
