A State of Vermont Survey Mark mounted on the southwest end of the bridge carrying US Route 5/Memorial Drive over the Passumpsic River in Lyndon, VT. A corroded bronze disk set in the top concrete sill of the bridge. An orange fiberglass witness post is located at the very southwest edge of the bridge.
