THE CONCRETE BASE OF BOUNDARY MONUMENT NO. 174-B, 27.5 FEET EAST OF
THE CENTERLINE OF THE HIGHWAY. A DISK SET IN A CONCRETE BASE OF A
BOUNDARY MONUMENT.
