The Kuhns Building is an historic structure located at 43 South Main Street in Dayton, Ohio. It was designed by Peters & Burns, and added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 24, 1978.

The building has been used for business, a department store and a specialty store. It is notable as one of the first American office buildings to install a mail chute.
