A plaque ay this site indicates that this skateboard park was built by the Federal Government of Mexico and opened December 4, 2011.
The park is rather simple....mostly concrete with a few rails and one "u-shaped" ramp surface.
The park is located right on the beach along Mazatlan's long malecon.
