This mural was placed in a residential building, Portuguese built, probably in the last 60's or early 70's. It depicts a local landscape, although I believe it's an imaginary spot which was represented there. The palm trees, the traditional fishing canoes, the green hills... all part of the Santomean landscape. Only the position of the elements doesn't look right.
