This Montgomery County survey disk is located on the south side of Wares Ferry Road, between Countryside Lane and Eastern Oaks Drive.

When pulling off the road, one has to be careful not to park over the disk, as it is close to the paving. At the point where one finds the disk, there is a painted line on the paving, as can be seen in the photos.

The 1994 description from the datasheet reads:

DESCRIBED BY CH2M HILL INCORPORATED 1994 (JC) THE STATION IS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA, WILLOW SPRINGS QUADRANGLE, SECTION 32, T17N, R19E. THE STATION IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 1.3 MI (2.1 KM) NORTHEAST OF BURBANK DR. AND 250 FT (76.2 M) WEST OF THE BRIDGE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WARES FERRY ROAD. THE STATION IS A MONTGOMERY COUNTY SURVEY DISK STAMPED STA. 5158 1994, AND SET IN THE TOP OF A 10 INCH DIAMETER CONCRETE MONUMENT MOUNTED FLUSH WITH THE GROUND. THE DISK IS LOCATED 17.9 FT (5.5 M) 168 DEGREES FROM THE CENTERLINE OF WARES FERRY ROAD, 39.1 FT (11.9 M) 46 DEGREES FROM A POWER POLE, AND 65.6 FT (20.0 M) 180 DEGREES FROM A POWER POLE.
