Union Station lasted into the 1970s before being closed by the railroad. In the 1980s, it was purchased and restorations began. The building now houses the Montgomery Area Visitor Center and several businesses, with the windows located in the central part where the waiting area was located and where the Visitor Center now provides information to tourists.
The stained glass windows are on the second floor but can be easily seen from the main floor of the Visitor Center. I was told that most are original though they have been restored.
The coordinates, address, and hours are for the Visitor Center as it is where one would go to see the windows from inside the building. Other parts of the building are used for local businesses, including a restaurant and bank, as well as office space. The main part is open to the public Monday through Saturday.
