Disk is located on a bluff, 400 feet above California Route 1, Pacific Coast Highway. Disk can be reached by starting at the Point Magu State Park Big Sycamore Cove Campground, 15 miles south of the city of Oxnard. Walk north out of the campground on Big Sycamore Cyn Road. Turn West, (left) at the "Scenic Trail" sign, approx 500 ft from the campground. Scenic Trail is a single track trail that will take you to the bluff above PCH where the disk is located. Approx 1/2 mile, with a 400 ft elevation gain. "California Division of Highways" was abolishind in 1972 with the creation of the Califorina Department of Transportation, (Caltrans).
