DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1954 3.9 MI SW FROM PEREZ. 0.45 MILE SOUTH ALONG A GRAVEL ROAD FROM THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY RAILROAD WATER TANK AT PEREZ, THENCE 2.65 MILES SOUTHWEST ALONG THE GRIMMET ROAD FROM THE JUNCTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 139, THENCE 0.8 MILE NORTHWEST ALONG A DIRT ROAD, IN THE TOP OF A 12- BY 6-FOOT ROCK OUTCROP ON THE TOP OF A SMALL KNOLL, 63 1/2 FEET NORTHWEST OF A 14-INCH FORKED JUNIPER TREE, 62 1/4 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE ROAD, 3.2 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH EDGE OF THE OUTCROP, AND ABOUT 4 FEET HIGHER THAN THE ROAD.
