This is a two story red brick building with 5 arched bays on the ground floor. The building is separated into two addresses - 202 - the bank and 204 - the ice cream parlor. The second story continues the arch motif with the 4 pairs of windows. In the center, above the windows, is a small round stained glass window with the letters WOW. At the top, white bricks are used to create a diamond pattern.
