This Historical Marker is located on the right gate post in front of the house on the north side of Mill Street west of the center of the block between Genoa Street and Main Street.

Blossom-Young House

Merchant Noah Blossom bought land from John S. Childs in 1874 to build this house c.1875. Dr. C. P. Young owned it from 1884 til1916. The north wing was added in 1917 by E. McFaul, and in the 1920's teacher C. C. Meneley renovated the house. It was rahabilitated in the 1980's.
