This is an outstanding example of a Masonic Temple built in 1938. Fidelity Lodge #32 embedded a capsule containing civic and Masonic documents in one of the corner stones at the time of construction.
On the second floor were meeting rooms, a banquet room, a regalia room, a library and kitchen. Offices occupied the front of the ground floor. A radio station 10AT (CJAT) ran its studio in the rear of the building from 1938 to 1958.
The Masons sold the building to Hall Printing in 1994, however they repurchased it in 2004 and continue to meet in the upper floor lodge rooms. Hall Printing still occupies the main street level.
