This museum is located in central HCMC, not too far from the Saigon zoo. Unfortunately, when I visited the Museum was closed. The museum displays the campaign launched on the 13th December 1974, by the government of North Vietnam, with the intent of conquering south Vietnam. This proved to be a speedily achievable goal, and on the 30th of April 1975 the north Vietnamese forces entered and conquered Saigon. In the grounds of the museum are a sizeable number of military relics, and a statue commemorating this victory.
I could not find a great deal of information about this museum. It seems not to be that well visited. I am unsure of the cost of admittance. I would suspect in the $1 range.
