Fish Lake Hightop is the high point in Sevier County, Utah, standing at 11,633 feet in elevation, making it a popular destination for county highpointers. The valley floor, where the trail starts near Fish Lake is at 9,150 feet in elevation. The peak itself is a boulder strewn rise on a long narrow plateau above Fish Lake.
