The Fournet Block on the corner of North Broadway and North Main Street is one of the Contributing Buildings of Crookston Commercial Historic District.

With the recent demolition of the Palace Hotel just down the street, this is the largest building on the Historic District.
The Fournet Block is an 1885 Commercial Victorian Building with an interior glass-topped light court. The three-story yellow brick structure with carved red sandstone trim and elaborate brick corbelling was designed by Grand Forks architect J.W.Ross
