There are numerous such silos throughout the district. Some are well maintained, some aren't & some have been converted into accommodation.
One of my neighbours who lived to be 88 built these silos, along with his father, in the 1930's. They were designed to hold corn which was the principal feed for dairy cattle at that time. This one is on a farm & can be photographed by parking on the grass verge beside the road.
