According to a name plate on the northwest leg, this tank was built in 1931 by a company from Georgia. It holds 300,000 gallons. The overall height is 120 feet.

To reach from the railroad overpass in the center of town, go north on White Street about a half-mile. Turn right onto Juniper. Tank is near the corner of East Juniper and North Taylor streets, at a small city park.
