For the brave and athletic folks that park their car in the large parking lot for the Acadia National Park Visitor Center AND work their way up all 52 stairs to the actual visitor's center, there is a fully stocked visitors center, nice gift shop, restroom facilities....and this wonderful You Are HERE map. Now, wasn't that worth the climb?
