This is a garden clock located in a public park in the centre of Hanoi city, in a busy tourist spot. It is a functional, near horozontal clock, approximately two metres in diameter, at ground level, surrounded by flowers. At the base of the clock is a plaque (in gallery), in English and Vietnamese, that states that the clock was given to the city of Hanoi by the cities of Bern and Geneva. Easy to spot as you wander through the city centre.
