Another of many pieces located within the City Park complex. "Windows" was made in 1989 by artist John Scott. The painted steel piece is pretty big, about 20 feet tall and over 10 feet in length. City Park is free to enter and enjoy most of the outdoor sculptures and art work pieces. There are some pay sites inside the Park.
An abstract sculpture made up of welded steel outlines of rectangular shapes which balance at various angles. The rectangles are painted with stripes of orange, blue, green, violet, and red. There are seven rectangles: three stand upright, two are balanced on one corner, and two are balanced on the tops of the others. The base is made of sheet steel.
