This big pharmacy is located in the ground floor of a tall residential building in the center of a neighborhood of Lisbon named Portela (which, out of curiosity, inspired the name of the international airport of Lisbon: airport of Portela). We can't say this pharmacy has a monopoly though: there is another one literally around the corner, inside a shopping center.
