This building is located in one of the most touristic quarters of Lisbon, right on the heart of the city, as one enters the neighborhood of Bairro Alto coming from the main square of Rossio. To get there one will typically negotiate some steps, and once up there, there is this flatiron. The ground level, or part of it, is taken by the "Cafe Buenos Aires". The rest is a mix of residential flats and offices.
