Neustadt an der Weinstraße (formerly known as "Neustadt an der Haardt") is a town located in Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany. It has about 53,000 inhabitants. It is one of several dozen German and Austrian places called Neustadt. but it is the lagest of all 'Neustadts'.
Neustadt was founded in the 13th century.
The building was created in the first half of the 18th century as a Jesuits college. it is used as town hall since 1838. Former the old Town Hall (Altes Rathaus) was used as town hall. The building is in baroque style.
