This landlocked lighthouse is not what you would expect to see in Cowtown, also known as Fort Worth Texas, "Where the West Begins."
The lighthouse is part of the new Public Storage warehouse business at 1015 Henderson St on the western edge of downtown Fort Worth. The lighthouse marks this Public Storage facility office.
This landlocked lighthouse is obviously there to catch the eye and bring in business from the apartment dwellers and I-30 travelers in the area.
