Plaque commemorates the 20th anniversary of the only concert ever given by the Beatles in Louisiana on Sept. 16, 1964. Stadium is now known as the Tad Gormley Stadium, and was once known as City Park Stadium. The plaque was presented by WRNO Radio station to City Park and the people of New Orleans on Sept. 16, 1984.
Plaque is located at the stadium's Marconi St. entrance just to the right of the entrance in a small area where other plaques and dedications are located.
