The original Webb Brother's Blacksmith Shop was built in the early 1840's. There were five brothers involved in running the shop. They were some of the last to leave Nauvoo and go to Utah as they built wagons for others. They left in 1846.
The shop has been reconstructed and is now a demonstration blacksmith shop in the historic area and is open each day for visitors.
