The marker is on top of Giggle Hill, which is next to the Fourth Marine Division Memorial Park in Haiku (Waymark Code: WM5YFH).

To get to the marker, go from the parking lot of Fourth Marine Division Memorial Park and head to the second picnic pavilion from the parking lot. Across from the pavilion going North should be a rudimentary series of trails heading to the summit. Take them up till you hit a fence line. Find the opening in the fence line and continue up till you find a clearing and a stand of trees neatly arranged to your left. Go left and continue up for several hundred feet and the marker should be at the highest point of the hill. A tree with three white marks is SE of the marker. The marker is a concrete block with a pipe in the center of it.

Note clearing and stand of trees is an area where it appears that Airsoft and Paintball wars happen given the number of wood "bunkers" in the area, paintball marks in the trees, and airsoft pellets littering the ground.
