Skippack Creek is a 15.7-mile-long tributary of Perkiomen Creek in Montgomery County, PA. Apparently, the creek is stocked with various kinds of trout and other yummy, fresh water fish.

I discovered this creek while investigating a 100 year-old stone, triple-arched bridge. It was from the top of the bridge, overlooking the scant creek, I took my coordinates. The creek winds its way up and down the county and in this particular location, did not move very quickly, nor did it seem particularly deep. The area is entirely rural with agriculture and farming dominating the economic landscape.
