We often travel through Montrose on our way to nearby communities. It is a small community built on a mountain ledge leading to Beaver Valley.
Montrose is also the location of the Antenna Trail a 4 km loop hiking trail that rises 250 metres above the village and gives hikers spectacular views of the Beaver and Columbia Valleys.
