As one climbs from the valley floor out of Mottsville on Nevada Highway 207, aka Kingsbury Grade, a
series of elevation signs mark every 1,000 feet of elevation gain. Daggett Pass is the high point on the Kingsbury Grade motor road traveling between southeast Lake Tahoe and the Carson Valley floor near Gardnerville. The Kingsbury Grade is Nevada State Highway 207.
At this point the road is about 7,334 feet above sea level. There are two Highway signs here, one for traffic in each direction. Two signs - one waymark. The starting gallery shows both signs, so log either sign here for a visit.
