This Kugel ball is part of an attractive fountain at the front of an alleyway with several. It is close to a Burger King and other cafes and restaurants.
Perhaps to emphasize the eating establishments nearby, the fountain resembles a slice of pie...pumpkin colored...and the grey Kugel ball could be envisioned as the "ala mode". The ball is about 2.5 feet in diameter and does not spin continuously. It stops and starts - with no apparent reason or schedule.
