This is a modern fountain which could be named 'Water in the Window'. It is located at the intersection of Karlstraße and Syrlinstraße in Ulm, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.

It was created in 1999 by the local artist Herbert Volz.

It exists of glass and steel.
The water runs only inside the fountain. You cannot touch the water!
